Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 11, 2026

ME Shield Financial Services is committed to providing people with disabilities with meaningful and equal access to our website, information, and services.

Our accessibility goal

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines help make websites more accessible to people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, text enlargement, voice controls, and other assistive technologies.

Measures we are taking

Our efforts include improving keyboard navigation; providing clear headings, page structure, image alternatives, form labels, instructions, and error messages; reviewing color contrast and text readability; supporting browser zoom and responsive layouts; identifying interactive controls for assistive technologies; and reviewing accessibility when website content changes.

Current conformance status

The website is undergoing accessibility review and remediation. We do not currently claim that every page or feature fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Areas under continued review include form instructions and error handling, chatbot controls, keyboard behavior, color contrast, language identification, Client Portal authentication, file uploads, electronic-signature controls, session-timeout notices, documents, and third-party content.

Third-party content

Some appointment, communication, social-media, insurance, government, or other third-party tools may not be fully controlled by ME Shield. We will make reasonable efforts to select accessible providers and offer an alternative method when a third-party feature creates a barrier.

Need assistance or want to report a barrier?

If you have difficulty accessing a page, form, document, or service, contact us at (407) 267-2652 or info@meshieldfinancial.com.

Please identify the page or feature, describe the difficulty, and tell us what format or communication method would work better. We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within two business days and will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative.

If a timed Client Portal session, electronic-signature control, document, or upload feature creates a barrier, contact us for additional time or an alternative way to complete the service.

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. We will continue reviewing the website, correcting identified barriers, and considering accessibility when adding pages, forms, documents, and technologies.
